Sad Sad Weekend... Mr. Adrian McGlawn will be missed :(

I received the most devastating news last Friday morning at work. Mr. Adrian McGlawn, Katie McGlawn's (one of my best friends in the world) father died of a heart attack early Friday morning. I had no words to express how truly sorry I felt for my dear friend and her wonderful family. This past weekend I spent as much time as I could being there for her in her time of need. Saturday I went to a family reunion with my parents then back home to spend time with KTbug. After spending time with her and TRYING to play Guitar Hero (I suck btw), I went to dinner with David and spent the rest of the evening at his house. Sunday, Rachel, KTbug, and I went to church then to the mall to look for KT a dress for the funeral. Afterwards, we went to KT's boss's house and watched TWILIGHT and ordered pizza. Monday night was Mr. Adrian's visitation. SOOOO many people turned out for it. It was amazing seeing how many people Mr. Adrian had touched. He was a great man and awesome father. Yesterday was his funeral and it was beautiful. The eulogy was perfect and the songs were wonderful. This weekend should be better. Kristin is coming into town for Easter so I'll get to see my other best friend and celebrate her birthday a week late. I love Easter :) It's such a beautiful time and I love spending it with the people I love most. My heart goes out to the McGlawn family. I love you all! :)
